Haiti Appeal
The earthquake in Haiti is reported to have left over 50,000 people dead. The International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) estimates that some three million people, most of whom have been made homeless, are in dire need of food, clothes, shelter and essential medicines.
Education International has set up a fund to support colleagues at the Haiti teaching union, Confédération National des Enseignants d’Haïti, to help teachers, students and communities rebuild their lives in order to return to work and school. Access more information via:
